I travelled from Koblenz to Bonn by regional train and really enjoyed the picturesque landscapes along the Rhine. The train was clean and tidy, but did not have wifi. The train left Koblenz on time and arrived in Bonn without delay. The service staff were not particularly noticeable. The train was not full, so I got a seat without a reservation.

I recently had the pleasure of travelling on this train service and my overall experience was very good. The train on this connection was very punctual. The train arrived exactly as advertised and reached my destination without any delays. The ticket price was reasonable and offered good value for money. The cleanliness was impressive. The seats, floors and toilets were very clean and well maintained. The seats were particularly comfortable, with armrests and adjustable headrests. There were also power sockets at the seats. The toilet was clean and tidy. I was pleasantly surprised by this train connection, the service was great and the punctuality was outstanding.

I'm really disappointed. I travelled via Remagen and the train to Bonn was cancelled there. The next one arrived with a huge delay, which was very inconvenient for me for work reasons. Furthermore, both trains, the one from Koblenz to Remagen and the one from Remagen to Bonn, were incredibly overcrowded, which really annoyed and stressed me out.

The railway line from Koblenz to Bonn fascinates with breathtaking landscapes along the Rhine and a fast connection. The trains are generally punctual and offer a pleasant journey. There is usually free wifi and a bistro on board. The staff are always friendly. I also particularly liked the comfortable and ergonomic seats, which make the journey even more comfortable.
