I personally found the journey from Heilbronn to Mannheim very nice. It was very quiet on the train and not as crowded as the others on this line. The seats were very comfortable, especially with the leather headrest and armrests. There were power sockets and the train had an internet connection. The staff had been very friendly. The train had not been delayed and there had been no need to change trains. The only shortcoming here was the cleanliness, especially the toilets could have been cleaner.
