First of all, I have to praise the friendly staff. The toilets were finally clean this time. Unfortunately, the dustbin at my seat completely overflowed. The ticket booking was inconveniently complicated.

The nice and friendly staff also contributed a lot to the comfort. The only thing that struck me was the background noise during the journey. What also annoys me a bit are the frequent delays of the trains. Toilets and hygiene could also be improved. Nevertheless, the price for the train ride is justified.
