IconQuick
Disadvantages
IconSomewhat unclean
The train connection between Frankfurt and Mannheim went smoothly, the train arrived on time and there were no delays. Boarding was without problems and there was no crowding. The floor was a little unclean and sticky, which created unpleasant noises. The toilet was well maintained and well equipped. The seats were very comfortable and had an armrest and a comfortable headrest. The staff was always present and very pleasant. I reached my destination on time, so I really liked this train service.

I have to tell you how cool my train ride from Frankfurt to Mannheim was, but there were a few things I want to note. First of all, the service was really great! The train staff were friendly and helpful. They really took care and made sure everything went smoothly. The comfort on this train was also good. The seats were comfortable and there were even power sockets. That was a real bonus because I could charge my mobile phone and do my work. But here's the catch: the train was late. That was really annoying, especially when you have to arrive on time. And the worst thing was, there was no internet connection! That was really frustrating. I couldn't get online and check my messages. That was definitely a minus point.

Disadvantages
IconCleanliness
The train journey from Frankfurt to Mannheim in the late evening offered a pleasant experience. However, the cleanliness on the train leaves a lot to be desired and the guests did not always behave considerately, but this is not something that should be attributed to Deutsche Bahn. The wifi worked stably and was a plus for business travellers. The staff were friendly and helpful, which added to the comfort. The catering option could be improved. Overall, good value for money but room for improvement in terms of cleanliness and catering.
Advantages
IconVery fast
IconEverything you need on the train
Disadvantages
IconA little messy
My train arrived on time, which I could also track in my DB app. The train was a bit messy, with paper on the floor and some dirt and sand. Nevertheless, my seat was neatly arranged and clean, there was a USB port, but unfortunately no wifi connection, but I could charge my smartphone without any problems. The train had a snack machine, so you could get something to eat at any time. The toilet looked clean and tidy, there was toilet paper, paper towels and disinfectant. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I reached my destination very quickly and was very satisfied with this train connection.
Advantages
IconA positive experience for me
IconReached my goal very quickly
IconSmoothly
Disadvantages
IconI had no difficulties at all with this train connection
I reserved a second-class ticket online, with the ICE number 577, and it worked without any problems. The train arrived on time and made a very well-kept impression. The train itself was modern and smelled pleasant. It also had nice, clean windows and a pleasant noise level. I sat at the window so that I could watch the landscape during the journey. The train had a wifi connection, which I found very surprising and positive. Unfortunately, this train didn't have a power socket, so I couldn't charge my power bank. The toilet was well equipped and clean, the only thing missing was soap. When I asked where the toilet was, a member of staff was able to give me a quick answer. I reached my destination quickly and without any problems, and was very satisfied. I liked this train service very much, so I am happy to recommend it.
Advantages
IconEverything understanding and easy
Disadvantages
IconActually none
The booking of the online ticket, as well as the seat reservation, went smoothly and, in my opinion, easily. The train arrived on time and made a modern and robust impression. I had no problems boarding. The seats were modern in my opinion, they had an adjustable armrest, you could also push the seat back a bit. There was enough daylight thanks to the clean windows. I had wifi and a power socket next to my seat, so I could continue my work on my laptop on the train, which I found very positive. The staff were friendly and able to answer my questions. The toilet was not too crowded and made a very clean impression. I think I will use this train connection more often in the future, hence my recommendation.

Disadvantages
IconNothing to complain about
I enjoyed this train journey very much. The train was on time and also clean. The wifi on the train was super fast and high performance at all corners. The speed was also very fast and so you travelled quickly. I find travelling by train very pleasant. You don't have to worry about anything and you get to your destination in a few hours. The staff response was also friendly and I bought a snack at the on-board bistro.
Advantages

The booking of this connection had gone smoothly. The journey was really relaxed and enjoyable, thanks to the snack machine on the train, there was food and drink. The staff were very friendly and were able to help me with my seat. The train was clean and looked tidy. I sat by the window and was able to watch the scenery, which made me forget the time, I can very happily recommend this connection.

The other day, I went with my girlfriend from Frankfurt am Main main station to Mannheim. It was incredibly pleasant. For example, the toilets were clean for once, or the whole train was cleaner than I've ever seen it. I didn't expect anything like that from Deutsche Bahn. I was on the train for about three quarters of an hour. I had my seat in second class, which was very comfortable for second class.
Advantages
IconOn time and fast
Disadvantages
IconEverything went smoothly
The punctuality of the connection was impressive. The train departed and arrived at the destination station exactly on schedule. The cleanliness of the train was very good overall. The seats, windows and floor were very clean, which contributed to a pleasant travelling experience. The availability of power outlets on the train allowed me to charge my electronic devices. However, the number of sockets per seat could be improved. The toilet on the train was mostly clean, and well maintained. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised by this train service and would be happy to recommend it to others.
