Erfurt to Leipzig train with Deutsche Bahn (ICE,IC,RE)

The journey from Erfurt to Leipzig was very quick and without changing trains. The ticket was also reasonable for the route. The train was not very busy, so I was able to get a seat without a reservation. However, it was very dirty on the train, especially in the corridors. I am a trainee who travels from Dessau to Erfurt via Leipzig (there and back) every 2-3 weeks to reach my vocational school or to get home again. The rest of the journey was pleasant and I would use the train again on this route.

With a low ticket price, you could choose the ICE between Erfurt and Leipzig and, with a journey time of just over 40 minutes, you arrived at your destination extremely quickly, and the interior and equipment on the train, such as wifi, were of the usual top quality. The only problem I had on the journey, which is why it doesn't get five stars, was a defect in the door where I wanted to get off, which I wasn't sufficiently informed about from inside the train, for example by a sticker or a poster. Because of this, I suddenly had to run for my life to get out in time at the stop in Leipzig.

Travelling from Erfurt to Leipzig by ICE is very fast and pleasant. You can make good use of the time to work.
