I got this seat even though I hadn't made a seat reservation in advance. I also liked the cleanliness of the train and the price-performance ratio.

The ICE was hardly full and you could even sit down for the short journey of about 10 minutes. On this route, too, I have to emphasise the time advantage over the car. Since the price performance of about 12 euros per trip and the comfort were absolutely right, I can only recommend the train journey from Bochum to Dortmund.
