My train journey from Berlin to Dortmund was a really pleasant experience. The best part was undoubtedly the comfort and relaxation I enjoyed throughout the journey. The seats were comfortable and I had enough space to feel at ease. The views and scenery during the ride were just great. It is really nice to see the change in the surroundings from urban areas to picturesque landscapes. It made the journey even more enjoyable. Unfortunately, there was a slight delay, which affected my time management slightly. But still, this did not overshadow the positive aspects of my trip. Overall, my train journey from Berlin to Dortmund was a really positive experience. The comfort, relaxation and picturesque views made the journey a pleasure despite the small delay. I would definitely recommend this train ticket.

I travelled from Berlin to Dortmund by train and I must say that this train journey was an excellent experience. From start to finish I felt well looked after and comfortable. The nice train staff and the clean and comfortable seats as well as the clean toilet made my journey a pleasant experience. There was free wifi on the train, which I could use during the journey. The train was very punctual and I arrived at my destination on time.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness in the trains was not satisfactory. There was dirt and rubbish that was not regularly removed. This marred the travel experience and led to a less pleasant atmosphere. The service also left much to be desired. The train staff were not always friendly and helpful. There was a lack of attention and professionalism, resulting in a disappointing experience. On the positive side, however, was the comfort of the journey. The seats were comfortable and there was enough space for passengers. The equipment on the trains was also adequate. Wifi and power sockets were available, allowing passengers to be productive or relax during the journey. The punctuality of the trains was average. There were occasional delays, but overall the journeys were acceptably on schedule. In terms of value for money, the ticket prices were reasonable. A comfortable trip to Dortmund. The service was very friendly. In terms of facilities, very good, as you also had wifi the whole way. You could book online, but on the spot. In terms of hygiene, the train was very clean. The train arrived on time and also arrived on time. In terms of value for money, it's also very good. It's definitely worth taking the ICE, whether it's a long or short journey.

I travelled from Berlin to Cologne second class by IC. I had to change trains once in Hanover. Dortmund was on the route, so I can rate the journey. The first train was late, but I got my connecting train in Hanover. The journey between Hanover and Cologne turned out to be very pleasant, as the train was absolutely not full. Both trains were neat and clean in appearance. The Deutsche Bahn staff were friendly and accommodating. The board bistros of both trains were open and passengers were served with delicious coffee and snacks.

In July 2022, I took a train journey from Berlin to Dortmund with Deutsche Bahn. First of all, I would like to list some positive aspects. The price was very satisfactory compared to many other options to get to Dortmund. Also, the staff on the train were very friendly. They checked the tickets quickly and were always very friendly and polite to their passengers. In addition, the toilets were clean and hygienic. So I could find disinfectant or wipes. The Corona rules were also well observed. The volume was reasonable. However, the seats were dirty. I saw coffee stains and so I didn't really want to sit on the seats. Also, the wifi was not excellent as my phone could not connect to the internet at all. Overall, however, a satisfactory train journey.

I was generally very satisfied with my train journey. The train staff was very friendly and the ticket check had also taken place digitally thanks to the comfort check ins. The train was very clean and freshly cleaned, which also applied to the toilets. The train left on time and we also arrived at our destination on time. In general, I felt very comfortable on the train and the legroom at the seat was absolutely sufficient. The wifi worked without any problems the whole time and I was even able to stream series on it. Thumbs up for a very pleasant train journey.

Unfortunately, my journey from Berlin to Dortmund did not go well. The journey itself was very stressful, as we had to deal with very long delays due to bad weather... Finding connections was not exactly easy either. There was no comfort to speak of here. The only positive thing about the journey was the cleanliness of the train.

I recently took the ICE from Berlin Hauptbahnhof to Dortmund Hauptbahnhof. The journey was super comfortable (especially because of the comfortable seats). Service was very good and the cleanliness in the ICE was great! The journey itself also went smoothly, no delays! Only the price is a bit too high in my opinion! (But that is also the only weakness).

On my train journey from Berlin to Dortmund, the facilities were pretty good, with plenty of power sockets and good wifi. The comfort was also great, as it was quiet and relaxed. There was also a delicious on-board restaurant. The service was great, as the staff were always friendly and helpful to us. However, the train was quite dirty, especially the toilets. The journey time was short and good, except that it was late. The price was quite reasonable for the journey.

Travelling by ICE is always very comfortable. It was on time and you reach your destination quickly. The staff are always friendly and courteous. I was given very good advice about the rest of the journey. Unfortunately, there are not enough sockets on the train or at the seats and the wifi often fails. The hygiene leaves a lot to be desired, both in the toilets and on the tables and seats.

Unfortunately, it was very noisy on this train, at least if you weren't in the quiet compartment. Apart from that, the journey was very pleasant. The route was very beautiful. The staff were also very friendly. We were also able to order some food and coffee, both of which were satisfactory and I would give food & drink an 8 on a scale of 1 to 10. The soup we had as a starter was also very tasty. Wifi and other things worked perfectly and without any errors.

My nephew often drives the route as part of his training. He is quite satisfied. The journey takes almost 4 hours without changing trains. The train departs on time. The seats are clean and comfortable. Smoking is not allowed in the compartments. There is also free wifi and one power socket per seat. There is also an on-board restaurant on the train. The compartments and the on-board restaurant were clean. I can't comment on the toilet as he didn't use it on the journey. We booked the ticket online without any problems and it also went very quickly
