There was a very big problem before this flight, and that was punctuality. It was a flight where there was a very long delay, about 8 hours. I got my money back for the flight and received compensation. That's why I give the flight four out of five stars. The comfort was also very good and the toilets were very hygienic. The staff were also very nice, the wifi was cheap and worked.

The entire process went smoothly. The cabin crew were extremely friendly and helpful. The seats were comfortable and the legroom was a pleasant surprise. The flight was on time and very quiet. The food on board was delicious and there was a great selection of films and music to pass the time. Snacks and drinks were even distributed, which is relatively rare these days. I would fly again any time.

Check-in was quick and uncomplicated. The staff at the counter were friendly and helpful, and the security check was also carried out without long waiting times. The flight itself was on time, which is always a plus point for flights within Spain. The cabin was clean and tidy and the staff on board were very courteous. The seating comfort was perfectly adequate for the short journey of about an hour. I had the feeling that the flight was not too crowded, which added to the comfort. There wasn't much entertainment on offer, but it wasn't really necessary for the short flight. A small snack and a drink were served, which was perfectly adequate for the flight. I found it particularly positive that the service was quick and efficient without being hectic.

It was a pleasant flight overall. The service was friendly and boarding was quick and uncomplicated. The seat was comfortable and the in-flight entertainment offered a good selection of films and music. The legroom was not perfect, but it was enough. Unfortunately, there was a bit of a delay on take-off and the food could have been better. But overall it was a solid flight and I felt safe and well looked after. I would definitely book again.
