There are three bus companies that offer Lagos from Lisbon services. On average, it takes roughly four hours to cover the 114-mile distance.
Lagos is 114 miles away from Lisbon. With direct coaches from Lisbon to Lagos, passengers should expect to spend four hours on the bus. However, depending on the time of departure, there are buses that can get passengers to Lagos in less than three and a half hours. With connecting buses, the journey usually lasts four and a half hours.
There are nine buses, operated by three bus companies, that depart for Lagos from Lisbon every day. With most of these buses, travellers do not have to worry about stopovers as they are direct.
Among the nine coaches, one departs early in the morning, at around 5:45 a.m., and another one at night, at about 9:30 p.m., for those who prefer night-time travel. The other seven buses are spread out through the day, ensuring there are morning, mid-morning, afternoon and evening departures.
Though connecting buses take longer on the road, they offer passengers the opportunity to reduce travel expenses.
Departure bus stations: To get coaches from Lisbon to Lagos, travellers should go to either the Estação do Oriente or Sete Rios bus stations.
