Cleanliness on the train was fine. Hygiene was also mostly maintained, but the toilets were not always in a satisfactory condition. There was also an incident where a passenger left food scraps on the seat, which affected cleanliness. The journey from Zwickau to Dresden did not require changing trains, which was convenient. The trains were on time for the most part, but there was an unexpected construction site on the line which caused an extended delay of about 20 minutes.
