The train journey was good on the whole. The train arrived on time, my seat was clean and the journey was quiet. The wifi was stable and I was able to read comfortably on the way. However, the staff were a little disappointing. I only got a curt and unfriendly answer to a question about my connection. I would have expected a little more helpfulness. Nevertheless, it was a decent journey where almost everything went well.

The train journey was mediocre. The train arrived slightly late, but I was able to find a free seat without any problems. The air conditioning worked well and the loudspeaker announcements were understandable. Unfortunately, the wifi was barely working and the carriage was a little dirty. In addition, the on-board staff were polite but not particularly attentive. OK for a medium-haul journey, but could be improved.

The train journey was actually quite pleasant. It was good that the train wasn't overcrowded and you could take your seat in peace. The available power sockets were particularly practical, as I was able to charge my mobile phone and listen to music at the same time. Less pleasing, however, was the fact that there was an announcement at the station that was difficult to understand, so I was briefly unsure whether I was on the right train. It was very quiet during the journey, which I liked as I could relax and read.

One disadvantage of this ICE journey was that there was no more space on the train in the bike area and I couldn't fit my bike in easily. That was not easy. The journey was pleasant overall, even if ... the train ran according to plan and I arrived exactly on time. Boarding was also easy as the carriages were clearly labelled. I particularly liked the fact that the train was quiet and I was able to relax. Despite the problem with the bike, I would take the ICE again as it is a fast and comfortable way to travel.

There was no alternative to the connection, so I drove. Unfortunately, the journey was anything but pleasant. Noisy, uncomfortable and crowded. The toilet was dirty and the on-board bistro was closed. The delay was 25 minutes. The price was hardly cheaper than travelling by car, disappointing for the comfort on offer. If I'd had the choice, I would have taken the car.

I went hiking with a few friends. We are all under 18, which is why we travelled by train. It has to be said that the price for 3 people was really good and if we hadn't been late, the journey would have been really quick. We travelled in the afternoon and evening. There was free wifi and the toilets were clean. The train attendants were very friendly. I would recommend the journey as it was very quick, cheap and comfortable, despite the massive delay. 👍

We travelled from Ulm to Stuttgart in December to visit the Christmas market there. We opted for the Deutsche Bahn so that everyone could drink mulled wine. The train arrived on time and was pleasantly empty. Unfortunately, the wifi didn't work at all and reception on the ICE was very poor. The train itself was a bit dirty, as were the toilets. The journey was at lunchtime and very relaxed and comfortable.

I usually travel by car, but this time I took the train. Unfortunately, my train was 2-3 hours late, so I had to change to another one to make my appointment. The journey on the other train, however, was relaxed and trouble-free. The train was clean and the internet was unfortunately very slow. I would only recommend Deutsche Bahn if you have enough time. I would strongly advise against it for business travellers.
Advantages

IconLow utilisation
IconGood comfort on the train
Disadvantages
IconNone
For me, the train connection from Ulm to Stuttgart is much better than a journey by car. You can cover the distance in under 1 hour and can also relax very well during the journey. I travelled on an EC train and in general the occupancy rate on the train was not particularly high - the space at the seat was absolutely sufficient and I was able to stow all my luggage items well. We reached Stuttgart on time and I was able to take the scheduled connecting train.
Advantages

IconComfortable seats and sufficient equipment
IconVery clean train
IconNo delay
Disadvantages
IconBoard bistro was not open
This journey was also made without changing trains. The train was not very busy and therefore it was quiet in the passenger compartment. However, the on-board bistro was not open this time. When I asked the staff at the ticket control, they said there was no staff. The seats, on the other hand, were comfortable and had had the full facilities. The cleanliness on the train was very good, both in the toilets and in the corridors and seats. The train had been on time and the journey was therefore very comfortable and convenient.
Advantages

IconWork can be done while driving

Disadvantages
IconDelays may occur
IconFailures may occur
On the journey from Ulm to Stuttgart, I very quickly found a seat with a power socket. This worked perfectly, as did the wifi. The service was very friendly and very understanding towards the late arrivals, who were actually already late for our departure time. The toilet, as well as my seat, was very neat and clean, so that the price-performance ratio of the Germany ticket was once again right.
Advantages
IconFast train connection
IconCourteous train staff
IconNice legroom at the seat and clean train
Disadvantages
IconNothing
I personally found the train journey from Ulm to Stuttgart very pleasant. The train was extremely clean and there were enough free seats, which meant that you could find a seat even without a seat reservation. During my journey I got a sandwich in the on-board bistro, which I was absolutely delighted with. The very friendly and good-humoured train staff deserve special mention. There was nothing to complain about on my train journey and I am absolutely satisfied.

The journey from Ulm main station to Stuttgart main station by ICE was very pleasant and very fast. It only takes 45 minutes to reach your destination and the ICE was punctual both on departure and on arrival due to the low price I would absolutely recommend the trip.

IconHygiene
My train journey from Ulm to Stuttgart passed without any delays. The wifi worked without any problems the whole way and was even relatively good! Unfortunately, the train journey was not that comfortable as it was rather noisy in the ICE. Unfortunately, the train and especially the toilets were not really clean.
Advantages
IconRelaxed
Disadvantages
IconBoring
I drove from Ulm to Ludwigsburg via Stuttgart and back. It was much more relaxed than by car, because I could enjoy the ride without paying attention to anything in particular. Accordingly, I could also look at my surroundings and enjoy them. But what I find fault with it is that it's not so much fun on your own. I travelled from Ulm to Ludwigsburg via Stuttgart and didn't have to change trains. The hygiene services were okay, the only thing I had to criticise was the toilets, people can be disgusting. I have nothing to say about the restaurants because I didn't eat or drink there.
Advantages
IconSpeed
Disadvantages
IconNone
I took the ICE from Ulm main station to Stuttgart main station last night. The train was on time, the hygiene and cleanliness was there and the speed to get from Ulm to Stuttgart was much faster than if you had taken the car. For around €20, I also find the value for money reasonable and would choose Deutsche Bahn again for a journey from Ulm to Stuttgart in the future. I can only recommend the purchase and the route.

I recently took the ICE from Ulm to Stuttgart. The journey was very pleasant and comfortable. What stood out positively was the exceptionally good service. The staff were very friendly! The hygienic condition in the ICE was also top. The only drawback of the trip is the somewhat high price.

Three months ago, I took the ICE from Ulm to Stuttgart. The journey of about an hour was very comfortable! The seats were totally comfortable and so was the atmosphere on the train.
