The train connection was satisfactory in terms of punctuality. The train departed and arrived almost on time. The train from Salzburg to Munich was quite clean overall. The seats and floors were well cleaned and I could not detect any dirt. The availability of electricity and wifi on the train made my journey much easier. It was very stable and comfortable to travel with. The toilets on the train were acceptable, but not spotlessly clean. They were regularly serviced, but occasionally toilet paper was missing. Overall, the train from Salzburg to Munich was a solid option for travellers.
