Trains from Paris to Caen all depart from Gare St. Lazare. The station is the second busiest in Europe and is conveniently located in Place Louis Armand in the centre of the city. It is served by both RER (line E) and Metro trains (lines 3, 12, 13, 14) and local buses such as the 27 stop nearby. Taxis can take passengers to Gare St. Lazare from any part of the city and the station is also within easy reach of Gare du Nord for those travelling by Eurostar.
Getting into Caen by Train
