Advantages
IconPleasant ride
IconComfortable seat
Disadvantages
IconExpensive price
As I had to buy the ticket at quite short notice, the price for the journey from Osnabrück to Hanover was unfortunately quite high. Nevertheless, the train ride was a nice experience. The reserved seat was very comfortable and offered a lot of legroom. You could make yourself very comfortable and read a book or listen to music. The journey time flew by. The staff were also very friendly.
Advantages
Iconfriendly staff
IconCleanliness
IconSeating comfort
Iconquiet atmosphere
Disadvantages
IconDelay
IconNo catering facilities
On the return journey in the Intercity to Hanover, the train had been delayed by about 50 minutes. It was annoying because I wanted to get up early the next day. However, it had been so quiet on the train that I could already sleep there. This time there was no snack option, but the train staff brought an apology in the form of a coffee and a biscuit because of the delay. Otherwise, the cleanliness and comfort of the seats were fine. Since I was still able to enjoy the journey, I give this trip 5 stars.
Advantages
IconSeating comfort available
IconSufficient sockets
IconFriendly staff
Iconwithout changeover
IconCleanliness and hygiene
IconPleasant atmosphere
IconShort journey time
Disadvantages
IconBackrests a little too short
Iconno wifi available
IconDelay of 5 minutes
IconHigh capacity utilisation
The train from Osnabrück to Hanover was very full. However, there was a pleasant atmosphere on the train. The journey time was also very short, as it was a regional express. The cleanliness of the train was acceptable and I found the hygiene in the toilets to be good. Furthermore, the seats were comfortable, but I found the backrests a little too short. The staff were very friendly and greeted passengers as they boarded. There were also plenty of power sockets, but no working internet connection, although there is a wifi sign on the train. Overall, the train was slightly delayed by 5 minutes and I didn't have to change trains until Hanover. All in all, a good journey!
