There are about 15 Eurostar trains departing London to Paris each day, taking just over 2 hours. Those travelling from outside London can take the train into the either the King's Cross or Piccadilly stations and then the Underground to get to St. Pancras. Here, passengers can board the Eurostar and travel directly to Paris Gare du Nord, then take the RER to arrive into Gare de Lyon, where plenty of regular regional trains depart for Nice. The journey from Paris takes just under 6 hours.
