I think the staff was very nice and the comfort was adapted accordingly. Nevertheless, the lack of hygiene in the toilets still annoys me. The background noise was also a bit too loud for my ears.
Unfortunately, you also have to expect delays on the train.

Worn trainOn my journey with the train EC 219 from Heidelberg to Salzburg, I also travelled the stretch from Munich to Rosenheim. The train was a bit worn and looked technically questionable. The journey time from Munich to Rosenheim is very short, which I personally welcome. The on-board staff were friendly. Unfortunately, the on-board bistro was closed. The train was not delayed for the entire duration of the journey. There were enough seats so that no one had to stand. I travelled second class and did not make a reservation.
