The train arrived in Munich after a 5-minute delay, but arrived in Ingolstadt on time, so I was able to catch my connecting train without any problems. My seat was very clean and the bins were emptied. The service was very courteous and my order was brought within a few minutes.

There were also plenty of toilets on board and the seats were extremely comfortable with plenty of leg room. The backrest was reclining and I was able to relax during the journey. To summarise, my overall experience of this train service was very positive.
