There was no rubbish lying around, the floors and seats were clean. Then I spent some time with my phone, the internet was very strong, I was very happy with it, so were the people around me. I went to the toilet and it was very hygienic and clean. There was no lack of disinfectants. I ordered a café for myself. It arrived very quickly and the staff were very friendly. My train also arrived on time. I am very happy to recommend this trip. Besides, this was my return journey and I travelled in second class.

A year ago, I took a trip from Munich to Bremen with Deutsche Bahn. The staff were very friendly to begin with. They always had a big smile on their face and you handled your customers' concerns well. The volume was optimal on the train. The seats were very comfortable and well maintained. The train did not arrive in Bremen on time. There was a lot of need to change trains, which made the journey difficult. Unfortunately, the toilets were not clean and well cleaned as they stank. Overall a satisfactory journey.

Cons
IconTrain was very full
IconStaff was overwhelmed
The journey to Bremen did not require a change of trains and was therefore very comfortable. However, the train had been very full, so many passengers had to stand. But it had still been a pleasant volume in the train. The staff made an overstrained impression, due to the many passengers. The on-board bistro was open and the train and toilets were very clean. The announcements were informative and the seats and equipment were adequate. The train had not been delayed at the terminus.

I recommend this train ride, it deserves five stars. The speed of the train was very pleasant, neither too fast nor too slow. The food was very fresh and tasty. It was very quiet on the train. This was my return journey in second class, which I really enjoyed. The wifi was good throughout, although many people used it. My seat was very comfortable and I had sockets at my seat to charge my mobile phone or laptop. The volume on the train was very pleasant as it was very quiet and the atmosphere was also very good at the same time. The staff was very nice and friendly. There was a lot of choice of great dishes, which were also tasty. The whole train and especially the toilets were very clean and hygienic. My train was also on time. I recommend this trip and give it a deserved five-star rating.
