The train connection was very punctual, which made my journey stress-free. The ticket price was reasonable in relation to the services offered. Although there are cheaper alternatives, the train journey offers a reliable connection. The cleanliness of the train was very good. The seats, floors and sanitary facilities were well maintained. The wifi on the train worked reliably for the most part, and allowed me to connect to the internet easily during the journey. The toilets on the train were clean and well equipped. There were enough toilets for the passengers. Overall, my experience with this train service was very positive.

Disadvantages
IconEverything was fine
The trains were mostly on time, the ticket was cheap and offered good value for money. The train was easily accessible for people with limited mobility, there were ramps and plenty of space. The train was generally clean, but some areas could do with a more thorough clean. Each seat had a working power socket, which was particularly useful for longer journeys. The wifi worked reliably for the most part, although there were occasional short interruptions. The toilets were acceptably clean, but toilet paper was sometimes in short supply. The seats were comfortable, but for longer journeys additional padding could be desirable. Overall a positive experience.

IconVery clean on the train
The train journey was extremely satisfactory. I was impressed by the punctuality. The train arrived exactly on time. The ticket price was fair and the cleanliness of the train was exemplary. The free wifi worked perfectly, which made the journey pleasant. The toilets were always clean and well equipped. The seating comfort was also convincing, the seats were comfortable and sufficiently spacious. All in all, a highly recommended train connection that I will gladly use again.
