Very reliable information from the staff and friendly service. I find the seats very comfortable and you can find a seat even without a reservation. Always clean and good air. I really enjoy travelling with Deutsche Bahn and have nothing to complain about except that the wifi didn't work properly. Otherwise, everything was great! Keep it up! Always a good journey!

The volume on the train had been very loud and people were constantly pushing their way through and accidentally walking on my things. There was no ticket control on the train, but there were always connection announcements, so there were staff. The on-board bistro was open and the train was largely clean, as were the toilets, although these were often occupied. The train arrived at Berlin Hbf with a delay of 15 minutes.
