ExpensiveThe train ride from Freiburg to Mannheim was very good. It was very comfortable to sit on the train and be able to study while doing so.
You didn't need a car. But it is very expensive and there is the fear that the train will not arrive on time.
Nevertheless, I was satisfied with this trip. The train was clean, the train staff were nice and the wifi worked well.
