Equipment (wifi)My train ticket from Essen to Frankfurt am Main really convinced me! Firstly, the cleanliness in the train was top notch, which is not always a matter of course. Secondly, the train was as punctual as a Swiss watch, which really made my travel planning easier. The comfort on the train was also great, comfortable seats and enough legroom. But, here comes the "but", the wifi facilities were unfortunately pretty weak. That was a shame, especially if you want to work on the road. Still, if cleanliness, punctuality and arrival are important to you and you can cope with the wifi, this train ticket is definitely recommendable. I would take it again.

The number of passengers was also pleasant on this day and at this time. Unfortunately, it was quite cold on the train. But it was clean and the train attendants were friendly.
