The train ticket from Düsseldorf to Frankfurt am Main really convinced me! The train happened to arrive on time - that's really worth its weight in gold these days. But, and this is the "but", the price was admittedly a bit steep. Still, if you want to play it safe and travel relaxed, this ticket is a good option. I would consider it again, even though it's a bit deeper in the pocket. Safety and punctuality just come at a price, but it was worth it to me.

I recently had the pleasure of taking a train journey from Düsseldorf to Frankfurt and I must say that overall it was an extremely pleasant experience. The journey offered both positive aspects and a small shortcoming that somewhat influenced my rating. The panoramic view and the relaxed atmosphere during the train ride were simply stunning. The route led through picturesque landscapes, past lush forests, quaint villages and green fields. The view from the train window was like a vivid painting that slowly unfolded before my eyes. This journey really offered the opportunity to enjoy the natural beauty of Germany to the fullest. The comfortable seats and the quietness of the train contributed to a relaxed atmosphere that I appreciated. Another plus was the opportunity for social interaction and education, new acquaintances. I had the pleasure of chatting with my seatmate who told me interesting stories about the region and its history. It was a welcome change to engage in conversation with someone and gain insights into local culture and life. Unfortunately, however, there was a small disappointment in the form of a slight delay. Overall, my train journey from Düsseldorf to Frankfurt on 28 August was an extremely positive experience. I can recommend this train route to anyone looking for an enjoyable and enriching travel experience.

The Düsseldorf to Frankfurt connection is one of the better connections with Deutsche Bahn. This route can be travelled in 2 hours and 45 minutes, even if there are significantly faster connections. Travelling on the ICE is comfortable thanks to the generous seating with plenty of legroom. The wifi works well to very well on this route. If you book early, you can travel this route very cheaply, and it is best to combine it with the Bahn Card.

As I often commute between Düsseldorf and Frankfurt, I have travelled the route several times. If you book far enough in advance, you pay a reasonable price and won't be disappointed. As there is a direct connection, you can also travel there without changing trains and should be satisfied. The staff are always very nice and the journey is also very relaxing.
