NoneI travelled from Cologne to Amsterdam with the ICE 156. The journey was in second class and I reserved seats. I have absolutely nothing negative to report about this connection. The staff on board were very friendly and polite. The train was very clean, including the toilets. There were no delays during the entire journey. This was a modern train with wifi access.

The prices at the bistro were a bit high in my opinion. The journey itself was quite relaxed and there were beautiful views to see. The train was on time for the entire journey. Furthermore, it was clean and well maintained. The staff were all friendly and polite.

The courteous staff provided a friendly atmosphere, and the comfortable seats and clean toilets added to the comfort. Particularly pleasing was the punctuality of the train, which arrived at its destination on schedule. The only downside to this otherwise positive experience was the slower and poor internet on the train, which affected communication and conversation during the journey.
Despite this minor flaw, the trip was overall very satisfying.
