Trenitalia is the only train company that operates trains from Bergamo to Milan. It offers various types of trains on this route, all of them capable of high_speed travel. The fastest type of trains are in its Frecciarosso service, and they’re also the ones that will get you to Milan in the least amount of time. These are available once a day in the early morning.
