Advantages
IconConnection announcements
IconEquipment and comfortable seats
IconTrain clean, toilets cleaned
Disadvantages
IconDelay
IconNo announcement of the reason for the delay
The S-Bahn from Altenburg to Leipzig Hbf had been somewhat full and no change was needed. On the journey, the train stopped again and again on an open track and was thus delayed. The bad thing about it was that you didn't get any information about the reason for the delay. However, the train itself was very clean and the toilets cleaned. The staff were friendly and the connection announcements were announced. The seats were comfortable and had the full equipment.
Advantages
IconLow capacity utilisation and quiet atmosphere
IconPunctuality and no changes
IconCleanliness and hygiene on the train
IconComfortable seats and good equipment
Disadvantages
IconFaulty socket at my place
IconLong journey duration
I was able to travel from Altenburg to Leipzig in comfort on the S-Bahn. It wasn't too full either, so I was able to relax in the quiet atmosphere. The comfortable seats in particular helped me to relax. The cleanliness and hygiene on the train was also excellent. There were plenty of power sockets, although the sockets at my seat were faulty, and a stable internet connection. The journey time, on the other hand, was a little longer, as the train stopped at many stations in between. Otherwise, the train was on time and I didn't have to change trains
