Arrival airport: Manchester airport is situated around 20 minutes by train from Manchester Piccadilly. Passengers arriving at Manchester airport can use the airport's own railway station to reach the city quickly and easily. Alternatively, Metrolink, the tram service serving Greater Manchester, has a stop inside the airport, next to the railway station. Local buses also stop at the airport and there is a large taxi rank. Airport facilities include free WiFi, extensive shopping and eating outlets, a quiet room for prayer and contemplation, and the Runway Visitor Park, which includes the opportunity to tour a Concorde.
