The Wembley Park area has been going through a regeneration project since 2008. This includes bringing new homes, shopping and leisure facilities, as well as new public open spaces. The area of Wembley Park is very well connected with two overland stations and two tube stations, the journey into central London takes around 12 minutes by tube into Baker Street and 9 minutes by train.
