Return journey from Wolfsburg to Hanover. I and my daughter travelled back from Wolfsburg to Hanover on the Intercity Express, the train was 5 minutes late. The compartment was not full and was air-conditioned. We had power sockets and good working wifi at our seats. The journey time was around 30 minutes and it was a direct connection without changing trains. The train had an on-board bistro and clean toilets. The staff were very nice and helpful. I booked the ticket via the Deutsche Bahn app, a seat reservation would also have been possible over here. The journey was very pleasant for us.
Advantages

IconReliable
Disadvantages
IconNone
The train connection was almost on time. We only had a minimal delay of around 10 minutes, which was acceptable overall. The cleanliness of the train was first class. The seats and floor were spotless and there was no visible dirt anywhere on the train. The train offered power outlets at most seats, which is especially convenient for business travellers or travellers with electronic devices. The toilets on the train were clean but could be better maintained. One of the toilets malfunctioned during the journey, which caused some inconvenience. The bistro offered a good selection of food and drinks. The prices were reasonable and the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, the train journey was a pleasant experience for me. The cleanliness, accessibility and friendly staff were particularly commendable.
Advantages

IconComfortable seats and adequate equipment
Disadvantages
IconTrain noise was clearly audible in the passenger compartment
As there was a long train from Wolfsburg to Hanover, it wasn't full. However, you could hear the loud travelling noises in the passenger compartment, which became unpleasant in the long run. Otherwise, the seats were very comfortable and there was plenty of legroom and large tables. Power sockets and a stable internet connection were also available. The staff greeted me in a friendly manner when I boarded and said goodbye in a friendly manner when I got off. The train and the toilets were very clean and there was also a snack machine for refreshments. To summarise, the journey was very comfortable with no delays and no changes.
Advantages

IconMany extras
Disadvantages
IconI have not experienced anything negative
The train connection from Wolfsburg to Hanover was generally punctual. There were only a few minor delays, but these were not significant. The train was spotlessly clean. The seats, floors and general surroundings were well maintained and tidy. There were no visible defects in terms of cleanliness. There were power outlets at most seats, which allowed guests to charge their devices. The train service provided adequate accessibility for travellers with reduced mobility. The toilets on the train were clean but could be better maintained. There was toilet paper and soap, but some of the flushes and taps did not work properly. Overall, the train connection from Wolfsburg to Hanover was a pleasant and comfortable option for travellers. The punctuality, cleanliness and availability of electricity on the train were particularly positive.
Advantages
IconPunctuality
Disadvantages
IconNone
My trains were on time on the outward and return journeys, which is really rare, very pleasing! I only had positive experiences, the equipment was good and worked well, the seats weren't too hard and I had enough legroom. I really have to say that if things go as well as they did on this journey, then the train offers a good low-cost alternative to the car and I would travel more often.
