My rather negative review is that the staff were not at all friendly and only agreed to help after being asked several times. Nevertheless, I also noticed some nice things. For example, the train left very punctually. Another aspect is that the sanitary facilities were very clean. I also had the opportunity to charge my mobile phone at one of the sockets. All in all, four stars.
Advantages
IconWIFI
Disadvantages
IconNo weaknesses at all
What stood out during the journey was the fast and constant wifi and the reception. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. The toilets were very clean for the most part. The price of the ticket was reasonable. I give it 5 stars.
Advantages
IconPunctual
Disadvantages
IconPersonnel
I have to praise the punctuality of my train. I wanted to find out from the staff which platform I had to board at and unfortunately didn't get any really helpful information. The train itself was clean and I had good wifi. I had plenty of space on my seat and also somewhere to stow my travelling bag. The ticket price was fair and I recommend the journey. The journey took about 13 hours.
Advantages
Iconsanitary facilities
Disadvantages
IconWIFI
I'm usually not happy with the toilets on long-distance journeys. But on this journey, the sanitary facilities were very clean. However, it was annoying that the wifi cut out every few minutes. This meant I couldn't use my laptop properly. Comfort is very important on a 12-hour journey. The seat cushions were of the highest quality and I can recommend the connection.
Advantages
IconPersonnel
Disadvantages
Iconlittle information
I can still remember being completely lost at the station in Rome because there were virtually no signs or boards where I could get information. When I approached the staff, they could even speak a bit of German and explained everything to me very clearly. The train was very empty that day and I had a whole compartment for several people to myself, so to speak.
Advantages
IconPunctual
Disadvantages
IconDirty
The train station in Rome was very clean, which unfortunately I can't say about the one in Palermo. There was rubbish and old chewing gum everywhere. The train was acceptable in terms of hygiene, although there was still room for improvement. The staff were super nice and I really liked the fact that they had a very good command of English. In conclusion, I give it four stars.
Advantages
IconThe train was on time
Disadvantages
IconI didn't notice anything
The journey took place on a very hot summer's day. However, the train was pleasantly air-conditioned and it was easy to bear. What's more, the train arrived at the station at the specified time. The staff were super friendly and all the passengers were very relaxed. It was clean and I had a very good network. Looking back, an unforgettable journey with no negative memories. The journey took 12 hours.
Advantages
IconPunctual and clean

Disadvantages

I have a very good and nice experience in my memory. The journey took just over 11 hours and the train number was 927. I bought the ticket at a very good price and there were no problems with the purchase. The train, or rather my compartment, was very clean and I had a big enough seat for me. The staff took good care of every single passenger.
Advantages
IconVery relaxing
IconHygiene
Disadvantages
IconThe train was late
All in all, I found the train journey very relaxing and I was able to unwind and relax a little. I attach great importance to the aspect of cleanliness, which was perfectly fulfilled. There was no dirt, rubbish or anything similar to be found in the sanitary facilities or on the seats in the train. I didn't speak to the staff, but they all seemed very friendly. 6 minutes late! It took almost 12 hours and I had to change trains once.
Advantages
IconToilets
Disadvantages
IconLack of hygiene in the seating area
The advantages of the journey include several aspects. These include the staff, the hygiene in the toilets and the exact punctuality. But unfortunately I also have to report 2 negative aspects. The first was that the seating area was not particularly clean and that there was no good network connection. When I weigh this up, I arrive at a 4-star rating.
