Disadvantages
IconDelay
I am very satisfied with the price-performance ratio. The toilets are clean and the noise level was pleasant. As there was only a 10-minute delay, this was also fine. There was nothing to complain about in the service, very friendly. I can only recommend it and will always be happy to board again.
Advantages
Iconvery favourable
The outward journey to Braunschweig was super pleasant and very cheap, and only €12.90, which is incredible. The performance of the staff was very good. I had a lot of space at my seat. The food was very tasty and fresh, there was also a lot of choice. What I liked best was the reasonable price. What I also liked very much was that the staff were very nice and friendly in addition to the good service. It was very quiet on the train and the temperature was very pleasant. The whole thing gets 5 stars and I am happy to recommend it to others.
Advantages
IconVery good wifi
It was a very comfortable ride. I would like to mention in advance that I can only recommend the ride, as it was very cheap and there was nothing negative. What I liked best was the wifi, it was really very good. I didn't have any problems with the wifi and was able to work a bit on my laptop because it was very quiet on the train. The staff took care of the passengers all the time so that everyone was fine. Also, the staff were very nice. The toilets were clean and there were many also at different places. There was a lot of choice on the menu. I also liked my meal. I was very comfortable as I also had a table at my seat and several power outlets. On top of all this, there were no delays either. This trip was really so great and so cheap too. As I said, I can only recommend this trip.
Advantages
IconVery comfortable seats
It was a very pleasant journey. My train arrived on time and waited until all the passers-by boarded. In addition, my ticket was very, very cheap and only: 12,90€. I also liked my wifi, as I had no connection problems at all. The staff were very nice and did a lot of things, I especially liked the service they provided. I had enough space and my seat was comfortable. I felt comfortable when I used the toilets. I can only recommend the ride to others, as there was nothing I didn't like, that is, I liked everything positively. Moreover, this was a 2nd class journey.
Advantages
IconVery favourable
I got a ticket for a very good price. At the beginning I didn't expect anything, but then I was surprised because everything was right, which I had wished for, but could never imagine for such a cheap trip. The staff got on very well with each other and were still very polite and made sure the passengers were okay the whole time. The service performance was also very good, fast, tasty and fresh. My train also arrived on time. I can definitely recommend the trip to others, as everything was just right and also the price-performance ratio, the service was great and so was the price. I also felt comfortable when I used the toilets.
Advantages
Iconcheap
I got a ticket for little money. I had plenty of room in my seat to sleep and also to eat. The staff paid a lot of attention to hygiene, they were also very nice and helpful. What I noticed immediately was that the staff were very attentive to old people, which was great. In my opinion, all the staff should be like that, and should be considerate of the elderly. I would rate the trip with 5 out of 5 stars, the trip is to recommend. Also, my train arrived on time and the services were great.
Advantages
IconPleasant ride
I would like to mention that the ride was very pleasant as the driver drove very well, not so fast and not too slow perfectly. What I liked most was that there was air conditioning, which worked without any problems. The ride is definitely highly recommended as my ticket was just €12.90, that was very cheap point also it was a very fast ride and I had good wifi and the service was good too. I was comfortable, had used toilets. Value for money was top. I didn't have to change trains either. Greetings go out to the nice driver who had a chat with me before the journey.
Advantages

This was my outward journey in 2nd class. I had access to wifi and a power socket at my seat. My seat was also very comfortable. I was also given food and drink, such as a plaster. The noise level on the train was very pleasant. The staff were very nice and you had many options to order something. What I found great was that we were always informed when we were arriving. We didn't have to change trains and the train arrived on time. I can definitely recommend it because it was very, very cheap. Great trip! I think it's great that even back then a lot of attention was paid to hygiene, although there was no Corona back then.
Advantages
IconThe corridors were very beautiful
Disadvantages
Icona little late
This is an old ride. To start with, I will mention the only negative point, it's that there was a slight delay, but that's not so bad as there were so many positives. The view was very nice and the weather was suitable. I travelled alone in 2nd class and travelled during the day. The ride was so pleasant that I also had a little nap. I can recommend it as there was only one negative point and that was the delay. Finally, I want to mention that the train itself was very nice and the staff were very nice. My wifi was also good and I had a socket at my seat. Great ride!
Advantages
IconOnboard bistro was delicious
IconTrain was clean
IconTrain arrived on time
Disadvantages
IconTrain was not air conditioned
IconNo sockets and no wifi
Unfortunately, the train was still of the older generation, which is why there was no socket and no wifi at my seat. But the seats were comfortable and the noise was not too loud. Everyone was very friendly, including the guests, and the train was very clean (+toilet). However, the train did not arrive on time and was so overheated that I had to sweat on the train and was glad to get off. Which is why I would say that the price-performance ratio was not right.

The journey was very pleasant and went without incident. The Deutsche Bahn service is great. The staff were friendly and helpful. The price of the ticket was acceptable and not overly expensive. However, I was extremely annoyed by the constantly dirty toilets. Unfortunately, this is not hygienic at all. Something urgently needs to happen here. The internet is also pretty bad, you constantly have to set up a new connection.

Disadvantages
IconToo few sockets

On the train journey from wifi to Braunschweig, the facilities were very poor, the wifi hardly worked at all and there were far too few power sockets. However, the comfort was pretty good, everything in the train was whole and the noise level was quite pleasant. The service was also great, especially the staff were always nice and friendly. The cleanliness was not so good, as the toilets were unclean. The journey time was good and so was the price.

After a short stopover in Hanover, we travelled on to Braunschweig in the evening. It was only a short journey of about 45 minutes. It was kept very clean and hygienic and there was very stable wifi. The volume and temperature also provided sufficient comfort. The seats were of course also very soft and comfortable. I arrived in Braunschweig late in the evening feeling refreshed. I recommend the journey.

The train journey from Hanover to Braunschweig on the Westfalen Bahn is a very familiar route for me, but unfortunately it often has to contend with problems. Even though the Westfalen Bahn is a well-equipped train in itself, with sanitary facilities and doors that usually work perfectly and the seats are above average for a regional train, the Westfalen Bahn is unfortunately often overloaded and you can rarely get a seat on the Hanover-Braunschweig route. As a result, the conductors are also usually overloaded. Nevertheless positive. The ticket price and the short journey time should be emphasised.
