Few very fast connections per dayThe direct connection between Stuttgart and Darmstadt was easy to master. The seats in the Deutsche Bahn IC are very comfortable and it is quite quiet even in the open-plan compartment. There is a jacket rack at every seat and enough space for luggage. Some connections during the day are unbeatably fast at about 1h 15 min. The occupancy rate was manageable and I could travel alone with my 2-year-old daughter without any problems.
