About
Aerolíneas Argentinas is Argentina's state-owned flag carrier and largest airline, operating since 1950. It serves over sixty domestic and international destinations across South America, the Caribbean, North America, and Europe. The airline's main operational hubs are Aeroparque Jorge Newbery for domestic and regional flights, and Ministro Pistarini International Airport (Ezeiza) for long-haul services, both located in Buenos Aires. Aerolíneas Argentinas is a member of the SkyTeam alliance, joining in 2012 as its first and only South American partner. The group also includes cargo services (Aerolíneas Cargo and Jet Paq) and a tourism operator (Optar).
