Luggage included
One piece of hand luggage (50x30x25 cm, max 10 kg) and one piece of hold luggage (80x50x30 cm, max 20 kg) are included free of charge.
Additional luggage
An additional hold luggage item (80x50x30 cm, max 20 kg) or special baggage (total volume not exceeding 240 cm, max 30 kg) can be purchased.
Cancellation Policy
Vouchers are issued for cancellations made before departure, which can be used for future purchases within one year.
Refund
If a journey is canceled or delayed at departure by more than 120 minutes due to the company's responsibility, passengers can choose between continuing the trip, a cancellation voucher, or a cash reimbursement.
