These include the Havas Airport bus which goes to Marmaris or Fethiye, and minibuses which depart from Dalaman bus station (Otogar) on a regular basis for local towns and resorts such as Ortaca, Dalyan,Köyceğiz, Marmaris, Göcek and Fethiye. Visitors to these south-western holiday resorts should take time to explore the entire coastline in full. The Turquoise Coast runs all the way to Patara and features a variety of ancient Roman monuments and abandoned towns. One way to enjoy the best of this beautiful coastline is to hire a boat for a day or longer, and take time to discover the glorious islands in the bay close to Fethiye.
