Though the airport does not offer a shuttle service, public buses stop at the airport's entrance and taxi services are also available at the Taxi Piazza, which is just outside the airport's arrivals terminal. The Burgas Airport hosts both international and domestic flights to over 115 destinations in 33 countries. About 70 airlines, both Bulgarian and foreign, ply this airport, including Bulgaria Air, Wizz Air, Turkish Airlines, Aeroflot, Air France, Aer Lingus, Luxair, Norwegian Air Shuttle, Transaero Airlines, and S7 Airlines.
Situated in the Burgas Bay, on the shores of the Black Sea, Burgas is a large Bulgarian city. Some of its top attractions include the North Beach which is an ideal spot for sunbathing; the Poda, a protected nature reserve with attractive woodlands; and the serene Sea Garden Park. Burgas has a lively nightlife, offering an abundance of clubs, bars, casinos, and catering establishments along its shores, not to mention the number of folklore, literature, and musical festivals it hosts during the summer season.
