Kiel to Gothenburg ferry - Times and cheap Stena Line ferry tickets

Everything went smoothly and quickly right from check-in at the harbour in Kiel. The staff were friendly, boarding was organised and you immediately had the feeling that everything was well organised here. On board the ferry, I was genuinely surprised at how modern and clean everything looked - no outdated cabin romanticism, but really well maintained. I had a standard cabin, and although it was of course compact, everything was there: comfortable bed, small bathroom, enough storage space and - most importantly - a quiet atmosphere. After casting off, I first went on deck: Leaving Kiel at sunset really is a dream, especially with a drink in your hand from the bar. What I particularly liked: There are several restaurants and cafés, from buffets to bistros, so you are not limited in terms of cuisine. I ate in the self-service restaurant - nothing haute cuisine, but tasty and tidy, with a good view of the sea. If you like, you can go to the cinema or the bar in the evening - or like me: just put down your mobile phone and look at the water.
