ITA Airways is Italy's national flag carrier, established in 2020 as the successor to Alitalia. Aeroitalia focuses on providing an exceptional travel experience and offers a single Economy Class cabin with three fare types: Basic, Plus, and Smart. While it initially planned for long-haul flights, the airline is currently consolidating its domestic and European routes. In late 2023, Aeroitalia acquired a majority stake in AirConnect, a Romanian regional airline.
