The price was very good, and well justified for the air journey. The meals on board were very delicious. The wifi was excellent. This was excellent and above all efficient. There was no need to change planes, which made things easier for me, as I got off directly in Kiel. However, I found that the hygiene rules were not adhered to, as the toilets were not very clean and well maintained. The seats were clean but very small, in my opinion, and therefore not really comfortable. In addition, the staff was not friendly and slightly annoyed with the passengers. Therefore, they did not greet me in a friendly manner or really take my concerns seriously. Overall, though, quite a great trip.
