What I didn't like here on the journey from Peine to Hanover was the service. The ticket inspector made an annoyed impression on the passengers and did not even greet them. Connections at Hanover main station were also not announced, even though the train had accumulated 15 minutes of delay by now, where it is very likely that some passengers will not make their connections and need alternatives. Otherwise, everything else, such as cleanliness and seating comfort, as well as the furnishings, were fine and in place.
Advantages
IconNo changeover necessary
IconToilet was clean and hygienic
IconSeats were comfortable and adequately equipped
Disadvantages
IconDelay of 10 minutes
IconFull and loud train, especially due to football fans
IconNo ticket inspection
The train from Peine to Hanover was very full and very loud, especially because of the many football fans travelling at that time. The train was clean at first, but got dirtier and dirtier over time due to the fans. Nevertheless, I found the seats comfortable and the train was fully equipped with power sockets and a stable internet connection. I found the toilets hygienic and clean, despite the crowds. The train was delayed by 10 minutes due to the number of passengers. The staff therefore did not check tickets, but were present and announced the connections. Overall an acceptable journey and no changes.
