Disappointingly, the automatic announcements were also faulty, so you could only use the displays on the train as a source of information. Otherwise, the seats were very comfortable. Power sockets and an internet connection were also available. Overall, despite the high capacity utilisation, the train was not delayed and I did not have to change trains during the journey.
