Advantages
IconCleanliness on the train
IconBistro
IconGood wifi connection
Disadvantages
IconExpensive ticket
The train journey didn't take long, just under 1 hour. I found this particularly good, as I don't really like sitting on trains. The train seemed very clean to me. There were no delays as far as I can remember. The wifi was free to use. The connection was very good. You were served by friendly staff in the bistro. The price of the ticket was a bit high in my opinion.
Advantages
IconCleanliness on the train
IconPunctuality
Disadvantages
IconBistro was closed
I travelled from Bielefeld to Hanover on the IC train. The journey wasn't too bad, but I thought it was a bit of a shame that the bistro was closed that day. Otherwise, the train was in a clean and hygienic condition. Even the toilets were clean. There were no delays, if I remember correctly. In addition, the staff were always friendly. I can recommend this connection.
Advantages
IconDirect journey without intermediate stops
IconLess than an hour's drive
IconDrive through the Porta Westfalica
Disadvantages
IconInternet breaks down partially
The journey from Bielefeld to Hanover on the ICE train works very well, there are no intermediate stops, so you arrive at your destination in under an hour. The view through the Porta Westfalica is a highlight of the journey. Overall, the trains are clean, the staff are friendly and the price is fair.
Advantages
IconVery clean and tidy
Disadvantages
IconEverything went smoothly
The train connection from Bielefeld to Hanover was very pleasant, the train started and arrived almost exactly on time. However, there were occasional delays, which led to a star deduction. The train on this route was generally very clean and well maintained. The seats and floor were cleaned regularly and the passengers also contributed to the cleanliness. The train service offered great amenities for travellers who wanted to use their electronic devices. There were plenty of power sockets in most carriages. The train connection from Bielefeld to Hanover was largely barrier-free. There were ramps and lifts at the stations to allow wheelchair users access. The toilets on the train were generally clean, but could be cleaned more regularly. Occasionally the toilets would drop items such as soap or towels. Overall, this train service provided a safe and comfortable way to travel. However, there is still room for improvement.
Advantages
IconHassle-free booking
IconStable wifi
Disadvantages
IconDelay
IconSomewhat unclean
Unfortunately, this time I had to wait 20 minutes for my train connection as it was delayed without explanation. Nothing was announced, the train was reasonably okay, there weren't too many free seats and in my opinion the cleanliness was neglected. The toilet facilities were okay, unfortunately there was no soap. What was positive was the wifi connection, which was stable and very fast throughout the journey. Unfortunately, the train staff were unable to help me, so I had to do some research on the internet. Unfortunately, I reached my destination late.
Advantages
IconShort journey duration
IconNo changeover
IconNo delay
IconComfortable seats
IconPower sockets, wifi and snack vending machines available
IconCleanliness and hygiene
IconNo high utilisation and pleasant volume
Disadvantages
Iconunfriendly staff
Due to the length of the train, it was not very busy. There were also carriages with quiet compartments, so the noise level was pleasant, at least in my carriage. The cleanliness and hygiene of the toilets and corridors on the train was also very good. However, the staff here were not friendly, as they did not say hello and hardly said a word. Otherwise, the seats were very comfortable and had plenty of power sockets and a wifi connection. There was also a snack machine here. Overall, the journey time was very short, especially as the train was hardly delayed and I didn't have to change trains. Overall, the journey from Bielefeld Hbf to Hanover was good.
