Each ticket allows up to 25 kg of luggage at no extra cost.

Additional luggage

Excess baggage is subject to an additional fee per current rates.

Luggage storage

Luggage is stored in designated areas on the ferry.

Cancellation Policy

Tickets are non-refundable; cancellations made 4 to 6 days in advance receive an 80% refund, 3 days in advance 60%, 2 days in advance 50%, and 1 day in advance 40%.
