Established in 1999 as Tu Trang Travel, the company provides swift and comfortable crossings on the Mekong, the world's twelfth-longest river. A passenger is allowed to travel with 2 pieces of luggage, each not exceeding 30kgs (66lbs).
Additional luggage
A fee of $50 is payable for each piece of luggage exceeding the two pieces prescribed.

Multiple spaces for luggage are available on board.
Pregnant on board
Passengers who are pregnant for more than 24 weeks must present a qualified doctor's certificate to prove that they are suitable for cruising on the ship and sign a waiver before they are allowed to board the ship.
Unaccompagned minor
Children under the age of 13 are not permitted to travel on the boat by themselves.
