Nomago ticket cancellations
Tickets booked through Omio can be refunded up to 30 days before departure for free. For cancellations up to 5 days before departure, there is a 50% fee. Tickets cannot be refunded less than 5 days before departure. Routes and passenger names can be changed up to 24 hours before departure, but the travel date cannot be amended.

This is why a row of seats has been removed from each of the 500 brand-new buses to provide more space for passengers to relax. Free Wi-Fi is available on all coaches, for passengers can stay connected whilst on the move. Outlets are located at every seat for charging mobiles or other devices. Toilets are also available throughout the journey for added convenience and comfort.
