I can only recommend it, the view is amazing and the journey was very relaxed as the train was on time and I didn't have to change trains, which saved me a lot of stress. The train was also clean and had comfortable seats. The staff were very friendly and you could see exactly where you were on the journey on a screen. The price-performance ratio was very good in my eyes.

My journey from Milan to Genoa was very good as the price was quite reasonable and good value in my opinion. The train also arrived in Genoa on time. The wifi connection was extremely efficient and stable. I was able to make calls, be entertained and do my work on my laptop during the journey. The staff were also very friendly, polite and helpful. They were always there for their guests' questions and concerns. Unfortunately, the volume was not optimal and hygiene was not particularly well looked after. The toilets and seats were not clean and hygienic. There were several transfers, which made the journey more time-consuming and difficult, as I had to change trains all the time. But it was a good journey!

The journey was very relaxing, firstly because the train kept to all its times and secondly because it was very quiet and I was able to get some sleep. The comfortable seats only made it better. The journey took about two hours and I didn't have to change trains.

I didn't think the journey from Milan to Genoa was the best, but it was fine because the train was slightly delayed, which meant I arrived at my destination late. What I really liked about travelling to Genoa from Milan was that I was able to book my ticket easily and very cheaply. My seat was very clean and I had a table that could be extended. Finally, I have to mention that my train was not quite on time. It was 8 minutes late.
