How to Travel from Bournemouth to Paris

Direct flights offer the quickest travel option for the 230 miles that separate Bournemouth and Paris, with train and bus connections also available. Paris is a chic and charming capital, a favourite destination for romantic breaks, with the Eiffel Tower its iconic attraction.

Train: The train journey from Bournemouth to Paris begins with a South West Trains service to London Waterloo and an Underground connection to St. Pancras. Eurostar services depart hourly from here to Paris Gare Du Nord. Journey times are approximately five hours, including connections.

Bus: National Express provides five daily bus departures from Bournemouth Coach Station to Paris, three of them including some overnight travel. Departures begin with an early morning departure, require a change at London Victoria Coach Station and take around 13 hours. Buses arrive at the Gallieni Terminal, located to the east of central Paris.

Flight: FlyBe operates two daily direct flights to Paris Charles De Gaulle from nearby Southampton Airport, with early morning and mid-afternoon departures. Flight times are around one hour and 20 minutes.
