The positive aspects of my journey definitely include the impeccable hygiene, the excellent punctuality and the comfort, which was really taken care of. On the downside, unfortunately the staff were not really willing to help the passengers. The ticket price was fair and I recommend the train service. I also give it 4 stars.

I often book my journeys through Lufthansa and recently I've been adding more and more train journeys as they've become a good alternative to short-haul flights for me. The journey was generally good, the train was very fast and quiet, but unfortunately the information display was only ever in French, which was a bit awkward.

My journey from Paris to Nice was excellent. The price was very good. The staff were very friendly, respectful and had a lot of patience. A lot of consideration was given to hygiene as the toilets were clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, the volume on the train was not appropriate and the train did not arrive in Nice on time. There were also several changes of trains, which made the journey more difficult. Overall, the journey was good.

My journey from Paris to Nice was extremely satisfying. The staff were very friendly and always had a huge smile on their faces. Hygiene was strictly observed. The toilets were very clean, as were the washbasins. The train was also on time. Unfortunately, I found the price a little expensive. The noise level was unfavourably inadequate and there were several changes which made the journey more difficult as the journey was already so long. Overall though, a good journey.

The train journey from Paris to Nice was largely positive. A good price, punctual arrival, friendly staff and an excellent wifi connection all contributed to a pleasant experience. The hygiene aspects were clearly evident in the clean toilets and well-kept seats. However, several changes were necessary, the reservation options were not optimal and the noise level on the train was not adequate. Despite these minor limitations, the positive aspects outweigh the negative ones and the journey can be considered great overall.

IconTakes longer than flying
I travelled with my family from Paris to Nice by TGV. The journey was stressful in itself, even for our children. The staff were extremely nice and we had constant stable wifi, which meant we could use the children's iPads. The view was also beautiful and we were able to enjoy a lot of nature, but also beautiful cityscapes of Lyon, among others. We preferred it to flying because it was much cheaper and better for the carbon footprint.

My journey from Paris to Nice was very fascinating. The staff were very friendly, polite and respectful. They handled my requests with the utmost interest and clarified my questions. They were always on my side and I felt that I was in good hands. Maximum attention was paid to hygiene, as the toilets were very well maintained, clean and also very hygienic. The seats were also well maintained and very comfortable and cosy. The train also arrived in Nice on time. The wifi was also very efficient and stable. However, I found the price expensive and the noise level was not appropriate and rather annoying. There were also several train changes, which made the journey more difficult. But all in all a great journey!

A pleasant experience! I had chosen the cheapest way and the train was suggested. I was sceptical at first, but then I only saw positive reviews and decided to take the train, which was the right decision! Everything went smoothly, the train was on time and I didn't have to change trains. The only thing was that the staff didn't speak English, but otherwise everything was great! Can only recommend it!
