My journey from Paris to Milan was very good and above all relaxed. The price was very amazing. This was also the reason why I decided to buy this ticket. The staff was very friendly and nice. Also, the train arrived on time in Milan and the seats were very comfortable. However, only minimal consideration was given to hygiene, as the toilets were unhygienic and not well maintained. Also, the noise level was not adequate and there were several transfers. But overall a pretty good journey!

My journey from Paris to Milan was excellent as the staff were very friendly, respectful and polite. They always represented the concerns and interests of their guests and always had a big smile on their faces. In addition, the train arrived in Milan on time. The seats were also very well maintained, comfortable and cosy. The wifi connection on the train was very efficient. This made communication and entertainment on the train easier, as I had plenty of access to the internet. There was almost no need to change trains, which made the journey much easier as I didn't always have to change trains. However, disappointingly, the noise level was not adequate and hygiene was not really taken into account as the toilets were not cleaned. Unfortunately, the booking options were also a little complicated. Overall, the trip was very good, as the good features outweighed the bad.
