My journey from Naples to Rome was a very pleasant trip that I will always remember. The price of the ticket was fair. The staff were very friendly and respectful. The train also arrived on time and the seats were very comfortable. Unfortunately, the wifi connection was not very efficient, the connection was intermittent and I couldn't make any calls, for example. The volume was also not adequate. But all in all a great journey!

My journey from Naples to Rome was very positive. I liked the attractive ticket price, the friendly staff and the reliable wifi connection. The cleanliness of the seats and toilets was commendable. Nevertheless, I have to say that the seats were not particularly comfortable, the noise level on the train was annoying and the reservation options were not ideal. All in all, it was a good journey.

My journey from Naples to Rome was amazingly good. The price was very reasonable, in my opinion. The staff was very friendly, polite and respectful. They always resolved my concerns. Also, the train arrived in Rome on time and maximum attention was paid to hygiene as the toilets and seats were well maintained. However, the seats were not comfortable and cosy. In addition, the volume was not appropriate and not optimal. There were several transfers, which made the journey more difficult as you had to change trains all the time. But overall a great and recommendable journey!

I must definitely praise the cleaning staff in particular, who did an excellent job. As a result, I noticed excellent hygiene and cleanliness in the toilets. What's more, the train was on time and I had good wifi and stable reception the whole time. Overall, I can only recognise positive aspects of the journey. I give the journey 5 stars and recommend it.

My journey from Naples to Rome was excellent. The price was very fair. The staff were very friendly and polite. The train arrived in Rome on time. This of course made my journey much easier. The seats were also very comfortable. So I was able to enjoy my journey. However, the noise level was not adequate. Unfortunately, hygiene was not taken into consideration either. The toilets were therefore not well maintained. The wifi connection wasn't particularly efficient either. Overall, the trip was great!

A very great journey! Super punctuality and a fairly short journey time. The train also travelled relatively quietly, so it was very peaceful. The seats were okay, but could have been more comfortable. It was a bit of a shame that the wifi didn't work.

My journey from Naples to Rome was excellent except for a few minor details. The price was reasonable in my opinion and well justified for the journey and service. The staff on board were very friendly and helpful. They always helped and clarified any questions I had. The train also arrived in Rome on time. The wifi connection was stable and very good attention was paid to hygiene, as the toilets and seats were well maintained.
